It is a powerful tool for listening and thinking deeper, communicating efficiently, and enjoying exceptional collaborations with your customers, colleagues, and executives.

Workshop Description

Your Best Thinking with Precision Q+A transforms how you communicate, analyze issues, and solve business problems. By the end of this online, instructor-led learning program, you will be able to:

• Communicate clearly and concisely, even when navigating complexity.
• Ask thoughtful and incisive questions and think on your feet more effectively.
• Engage in Q+A with social intelligence to connect better and build positive team relationships.
• Refine your ideas before important meetings, readying yourself to present your best thinking to senior executives.
• Accelerate team meetings, problem solving, and learning.

Fast-paced, highly interactive, and structured to provide immediate value, this learning program includes at least 6 minutes of practice for every 3 minutes of presentation. You will advance your thinking about real projects during class, while building skill.

• Opening Session with Practice (9-10:30 am PT)
• Small Group Workout (30 minutes)
• Application on Real Work (30 minutes)
• Break (60 minutes)
• Closing Session with Practice (12:30-2 pm PT)

From the options below, select the workshop you would like to attend. We must limit attendance to 35 people per workshop, so if you wish to join us register as soon as possible. Admission will be granted once payment is received. To streamline the registration process, cancellation refunds will not be granted, so make sure the time on your calendar is reserved.
